STORE AND ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Store Policy​​​

  • Shoes:

    • Shoes must be in original box and unworn​

    • Full refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase date.

    • No returns/exchanges after 10 days.

  • Rackets:

    • Unstrung rackets must be unused with original packaging.​

    • Full refund within 10 days of purchase date.

    • Store credit within 30 days of purchase date.

    • ALL STRUNG RACKETS ARE FINAL SALE

  • All other items:

    • Must be unworn/unused with original tags and packaging

    • Full refund within 10 days of purchase date.

    • Store credit within 30 days of purchase date.

  • NO returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase date. No exceptions.

  • All sale items are final sale.

Holiday Return Policy (*excluding shoes):

Purchases made between November 15 - December 24 may be exchanged or returned by January 15 for store credit only.

Returns for full refund may be made on unworn items with tags/unstrung rackets within 10 days.

 

Rackets that have been strung and sale items are all FINAL SALE.

Online Store Policy

  • Store or mail-in returns are accepted.

  • ​Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before refund is processed.

    • If returned item is deemed to be damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.​

  • Returns postmarked after 10 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • Include original receipt inside returned package.

  • Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit.
